Old Print Effect
Jason Santos
Description
Inspired by vintage printing techniques and aging press materials, this effect introduces faded ink, subtle registration imperfections, paper wear, and analog texture to any image. The result feels like a scanned print pulled from an old magazine, newspaper archive, or decades-old publication.
Colors become slightly muted, edges soften naturally, and surfaces gain the imperfections that give traditional print its distinctive charm. Perfect for editorial projects, poster design, album covers, branding, book layouts, and retro-inspired marketing materials.
Old Print Effect instantly removes the sterile quality of digital imagery and replaces it with warmth, character, and authentic printed texture.
