SilverStag Type Foundry

Description

SLTF Hazel Shore is a font duo. A high contrast display serif with a matching true italic, and a flowing script drawn to sit inside it.

Set a word in the serif, swap one letter for its script counterpart, and the whole thing changes character. LONDON with a script L. CHRISTY with a script C. It works because both faces share the same x-height, cap height and proportions, drawn together rather than paired afterwards.

The serif carries 901 glyphs with 124 ligatures and three stylistic sets, plus old style and tabular figures, fractions, superscripts and subscripts. The italic has its own set of 111 ligatures. The script is the display partner, with long entry and exit strokes and contextual alternates that adjust the joins as you type.

Built for fashion and beauty branding, packaging, labels, editorial covers, stationery and logos.
