Every sheet here started on a flatbed scanner. The surfaces run from smooth wove sheets to toothy, speckled pulp, some crossed by the faint diagonal wire lines of laid paper, others dusted with the tiny inclusions of recycled stock. We hold the palette to soft off-whites and cool paper greys, so the scans read as a stationery drawer.
We scanned all twelve at 300 dpi, high enough to sit under a full poster or fill an A4 spread.
